Als Verkoper Telecom ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar de beste telecomoplossingen. Je verwelkomt elke klant met een glimlach, luistert naar hun behoeften en geeft professioneel advies op maat.

Jouw taken

  • Klanten warm en professioneel ontvangen in de Orange Shop.
  • Advies geven over abonnementen, smartphones, internet- en tv-oplossingen.
  • De noden van klanten analyseren en hen begeleiden naar de beste oplossing.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantentevredenheid.
  • Extra commerciële acties ondernemen tijdens rustigere momenten in de winkel.
  • Creatief meedenken over hoe klanten beter bereikt kunnen worden.
  • Werken aan duidelijke verkoopdoelstellingen en deze succesvol behalen.

Jouw Profiel als verkoper bij Orange:

  • Sociaal, energiek en communicatief sterk.
  • Je legt vlot contact en spreekt graag mensen aan.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijk talent om klanten te overtuigen en adviseren.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt motivatie uit behaalde verkoopresultaten.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor opleidingen en trainingen.
  • Ervaring in verkoop is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en enthousiasme zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
