En tant que Représentant Commercial, vous êtes le visage de STG dans votre région. Vous développez des relations durables avec les installateurs et les entreprises HVAC, les conseillez dans leurs choix techniques et les accompagnez dans la croissance de leur activité.

En parallèle, vous recherchez activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et transformez vos prospects en clients fidèles.

En résumé : vous combinez le meilleur des deux mondes. Vous êtes à la fois un développeur de relations et un véritable chasseur commercial.

A quoi ressemble votre fonction ?

  • Vous gérez et développez un portefeuille existant d’installateurs professionnels et d’entreprises HVAC.
  • Vous prospectez activement de nouveaux clients et créez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans votre région.
  • Vous conseillez vos clients sur notre vaste gamme de solutions en sanitaire, chauffage, ventilation et énergies renouvelables.
  • Vous identifiez leurs besoins, réfléchissez avec eux et proposez la solution technique et commerciale la plus adaptée.
  • Vous construisez des relations durables basées sur la confiance, l’expertise et la qualité du service.
  • Vous suivez de près les évolutions du marché, les tendances et les opportunités, et vous y réagissez de manière proactive.
  • Vous représentez STG lors de salons, journées portes ouvertes, présentations de produits et autres événements commerciaux.
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif des offres, visites clients et informations commerciales via notre système ERP.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe du Proshop, qui vous apporte son expertise technique et son soutien commercial.

Qui êtes-vous?

  • Vous avez une affinité avec le sanitaire, le chauffage, le HVAC, les énergies renouvelables ou les matériaux d’installation.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences commerciales et savez convaincre, conseiller et conclure des affaires avec succès.
  • Vous prenez autant de plaisir à entretenir des relations clients qu’à conquérir de nouveaux marchés.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et motivé(e) par l’atteinte d’objectifs ambitieux.
  • Vous adoptez une approche orientée client et solutions.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et structurée tout en appréciant le travail d’équipe.
  • Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux de vos dossiers et comprenez l’importance d’une administration correcte.
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français.
