Als Dispatcher ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze chauffeurs, klanten en planners. Je bent een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat zij met de juiste informatie en documenten aan hun werkdag kunnen beginnen. Je combineert dispatching met administratieve opvolging en behoudt ook bij onverwachte situaties het overzicht.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Dagelijks contact onderhoudt met chauffeurs en hen ondersteunt bij vragen, wijzigingen of problemen tijdens hun opdrachten.
  • De eerstelijnstelefonie verzorgt en oproepen van chauffeurs, klanten en collega's klantgericht behandelt.
  • Transportdocumenten en etiketten opmaakt en de uitgevoerde opdrachten administratief opvolgt.
  • Afwijkingen of problemen detecteert en klanten informeert over geplande ophalingen en leveringen.
  • De algemene mailbox beheert en inkomende vragen en opdrachten correct verdeelt en opvolgt.
  • Terugkerende chauffeurs ontvangt, hun voorbije werkdag overloopt en hen voorbereidt op nieuwe opdrachten.
  • De planner en collega's ondersteunt bij operationele en administratieve vragen.
  • Je wisselt regelmatig van taken en neemt bijvoorbeeld de telefonie, documentatie, chauffeursontvangst of weegbrugwerking voor jouw rekening. Die afwisseling vraagt flexibiliteit, maar geeft je tegelijk een brede kijk op de volledige dispatchwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een administratieve of logistieke richting, of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke, transportgerichte of operationele administratieve functie. Ervaring in dispatching is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen chauffeurs, klanten en collega's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk op je afkomen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan om snel te schakelen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en leert nieuwe digitale systemen snel aan. Ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals AX Dynamics is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat de dagelijkse transportwerking soms vraagt om net dat stapje extra.
