Jouw functie als Facility Technieker

Als Facility Technieker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor het technisch onderhoud van onze gebouwen en faciliteiten in Beerse. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties en zorgt ervoor dat je collega's kunnen rekenen op een veilige, goed onderhouden werkomgeving.

Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan gebouwen en technische installaties.
  • Je spoort technische storingen op en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit aan elektrische installaties, verlichting, sanitair, HVAC en andere gebouwtechnieken.
  • Je begeleidt externe techniekers, leveranciers en onderhoudsfirma's en volgt hun werkzaamheden op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij technische keuringen, onderhoudswerken en facility-projecten.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, orde en netheid tijdens alle werkzaamheden.
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde interventies en onderhoudstaken correct.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en energieverbruik.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een praktische en gemotiveerde technieker die graag zelfstandig problemen oplost en oog heeft voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige technische kennis door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit. Dit is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om een geldig BA4- of BA5-certificaat te behalen.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met een computer en courante Microsoft Office-programma's zoals Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent collegiaal, communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je draagt zorg voor gereedschappen, materialen en technische installaties.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt.
