Jobomschrijving

Unique Office Waregem zoekt een Internal Sales Medewerker voor een bedrijf in Oudenaarde.

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers en verschillende interne afdelingen om een uitstekende klantenervaring te garanderen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan de digitalisering van onze klantenservice en bedrijfsprocessen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt onze Account Managers.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen klanten en interne teams zoals Productontwikkeling, Planning, Logistiek en Finance.
  • Je communiceert dagelijks met klanten via telefoon en e-mail in hun eigen taal.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen op van A tot Z.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en informeert klanten proactief over de status van hun orders.
  • Je volgt kredietlimieten op in samenwerking met Finance.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en behoudt steeds het overzicht over jouw dossiers.
  • Je gebruikt AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, Copilot of vergelijkbare toepassingen om repetitieve taken efficiënter uit te voeren.
  • Je helpt processen te automatiseren en optimaliseren, bijvoorbeeld rond orderverwerking, rapportering, opvolging en databeheer.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt samen met collega's en IT aan concrete oplossingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, economische of talenrichting.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Extra talen zijn een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen customer service, sales support of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude of vergelijkbare toepassingen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met automatisering en digitale procesverbetering.
  • Ervaring met Excel (Power Query, VBA, geavanceerde formules), Power Automate, Zapier, SQL of Python is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën en blijft jezelf continu ontwikkelen.
