Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Freight Forwarder Air Export ondersteun je het team bij de coördinatie en opvolging van luchtvrachtzendingen. Je leert stap voor stap hoe exportdossiers van A tot Z worden beheerd en krijgt de kans om je kennis van luchtvracht, documentatie en douaneprocedures verder uit te bouwen.

Je werkt onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en ontwikkelt jezelf in een dynamische, internationale omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van luchtvracht exportzendingen
  • Meehelpen bij het openen en verwerken van dossiers en boekingen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers, carriers en overzeese agenten
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van exportdocumenten
  • Assisteren bij de afhandeling van douanedocumentatie
  • Mee bewaken van deadlines, klantafspraken en datakwaliteit
  • Up-to-date houden van systemen en administratieve gegevens
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals sales, customs, operations en finance

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring in expeditie, logistiek of luchtvracht is een plus, maar geen must
  • Interesse in internationale handel, douaneformaliteiten en luchtvrachtprocessen
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een troef
  • Vlot met MS Office; kennis van CargoWise en/of Iris is een plus
  • Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig, communicatief en klantgericht
  • Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en werkt gestructureerd
