Jobomschrijving

Als Senior Freight Forwarder Air Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledig en zelfstandig beheren van complexe exportdossiers via luchtvracht. Je combineert sterke operationele expertise met een hoog niveau van nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossend vermogen.

Je fungeert als een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het team, ondersteunt collega’s met jouw expertise en neemt initiatief in het optimaliseren van processen en kwaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Volledig zelfstandig beheren van complexe luchtvracht exportdossiers van A tot Z
  • Coördineren van zendingen en bewaken van deadlines, service levels en klantafspraken
  • Boeken van transporten en onderhandelen/afstemmen met carriers, leveranciers en agenten
  • Opstellen, controleren en finaliseren van alle vereiste export- en douanedocumentatie
  • Waken over naleving van douanevereisten, compliance-richtlijnen en interne procedures
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele afwijkingen of documentproblemen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor correcte en tijdige facturatie, accruals en dossierafsluiting
  • Opvolgen van prestaties, datakwaliteit en KPI’s
  • Fungeren als vraagbaak voor collega’s en ondersteunen van minder ervaren teamleden
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbetering, efficiëntie en kennisdeling binnen het team

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ruime ervaring in luchtvracht export / freight forwarding
  • Zeer goede kennis van douaneprocedures, IATA-regels, exportdocumentatie en internationale transportprocessen
  • Sterke ervaring met dossierbeheer, facturatie en leverancierscontrole
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Zeer vlot met MS Office, Iris en CargoWise
  • Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je neemt ownership, werkt zelfstandig en weet anderen te ondersteunen met jouw expertise
