En tant qu'Assistant(e) Achats, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion administrative et le suivi des commandes au sein d'un bureau d'achats spécialisé dans le secteur industriel et minier.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Procurement Manager et les équipes Achats & Logistique afin de garantir le bon déroulement des approvisionnements et le respect des délais de livraison.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

Gestion administrative des achats : assurer le suivi des dossiers d'approvisionnement et des achats liés aux projets industriels.

Encodage des commandes : enregistrer et mettre à jour les commandes dans le système SAP.

Suivi des commandes : actualiser les tableaux de bord et assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers d'achats.

Relations fournisseurs : contacter et relancer les fournisseurs afin d'obtenir les informations nécessaires et de garantir le respect des engagements.

Suivi des livraisons : veiller au respect des délais de livraison et limiter autant que possible les livraisons partielles.

Coordination logistique : répondre aux questions des fournisseurs concernant les modalités de livraison, les lieux de réception et la facturation.

Collaboration interne : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Achats & Logistique afin d'assurer la continuité des opérations.

  • Profil recherché Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, organisée, proactive et orientée solutions, capable d'assurer un suivi administratif précis et de collaborer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs. Le profil idéal possède : Une excellente rigueur administrative et une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Une aisance dans la gestion et la mise à jour de tableaux de bord pour le suivi des commandes. Un réel intérêt pour le secteur industriel et les activités d'approvisionnement. Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office. De bonnes compétences relationnelles, un esprit d'équipe et un véritable sens du service. Une aisance dans les contacts avec les fournisseurs et dans le suivi des demandes. Une personnalité fiable, méthodique et attentive aux détails
  • Une expérience dans les achats industriels ainsi qu'une connaissance du logiciel SAP constituent des atouts.
