Als Safety Supervisor Construction bij Ciner Glass speel jij een sleutelrol in het veilig realiseren van een van de grootste industriële bouwprojecten in België. Heb jij een passie voor veiligheid, neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op de werf en weet je anderen mee te nemen in een sterke veiligheidscultuur? Dan ben jij misschien wel de flessenier die wij zoeken.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken

Toezicht op veiligheid en naleving

  • Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en preventiemaatregelen op de werf
  • Je controleert de uitvoering van werkzaamheden ten opzichte van de uitgegeven werkvergunningen
  • Je ziet toe op het correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's)
  • Je signaleert veiligheidsinbreuken en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging

Aansturen en sensibiliseren

  • Je spreekt medewerkers en aannemers aan op onveilig gedrag of onveilige situaties
  • Je stimuleert veiligheidsbewustzijn en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur
  • Je geeft constructieve feedback en zorgt voor een consequente toepassing van veiligheidsregels
  • Je neemt een voorbeeldrol op en creëert draagvlak rond veilig werken

Samenwerken aan een veilige werf

  • Je werkt nauw samen met contractors, werfleiding, afdelingsmanagers en het SHEQ-team
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de geldende procedures worden uitgevoerd
  • Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering van veiligheidsprocessen en werkwijzen
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werf en grijpt proactief in waar nodig

Kwalificaties, Vaardigheden & Ervaring

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of toezichthoudende rol binnen een industriële of constructieomgeving
  • Ervaring met aannemers, contractors en werfactiviteiten is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in het handhaven van regels en procedures
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt mensen op een respectvolle maar duidelijke manier aan
  • Je werkt graag in een operationele buitenomgeving en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische projectomgeving
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels omwille van veiligheid en samenwerking
  • Je bent voornamelijk beschikbaar in dagdienst, maar bent bereid om indien nodig ook tijdens avonden of weekends aanwezig te zijn
  • Je rapporteert aan de SHEQ Director
