Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

En tant que membre de l’équipe des technologies de l’information, le ou la candidat/e sélectionné/e s’acquittera des tâches associées à l’administration du système SAP (Basis).

  • Être responsable des activités et de l’administration quotidiennes des environnements SAP;
  • Gérer l’impartiteur de soutien SAP dans les domaines comme l’élaboration de processus de soutien à la clientèle (interne et externe), la planification technique et la coordination du travail;
  • Assumer la responsabilité de l’entretien du paysage SAP et de l’étalonnage des normes relatives aux accords de service en vigueur;
  • Planifier, recommander et aider l’analyse des indicateurs clés de rendement (KPI) de SAP, du système d’exploitation Unix et des bases de données DB2;
  • Être responsable de l’installation et de la configuration des systèmes SAP;
  • Garantir un approvisionnement adéquat sur le plan de la sécurité, des opérations et du rendement de pointe dans les environnements SAP, y compris la planification et la surveillance des tâches batch;
  • Participer à établir l’orientation technique nécessaire pour permettre à l’équipe des TI d’atteindre les objectifs de l’organisation;
  • Participer à la planification, à l’entretien et aux essais des plans de contingence, à la planification des cycles de vie des actifs logiciels et matériels qui ont un effet sur SAP;
  • Superviser tous les projets de soutien SAP, notamment planifier les travaux, assurer la disponibilité des ressources, du matériel, etc., et garantir la qualité des produits livrables par l’entremise de nos « fournisseurs »;
  • Participer à la définition des objectifs, des stratégies, des plans, des programmes, des normes/mesures de rendement et des procédures, en tant que membre de l’équipe des technologies de l’information;
  • Offrir du coaching et du soutien auprès de l’équipe fonctionnelle de SAP et l’équipe de développement SAP dans les domaines comme la résolution de conflits, la résolution de problèmes, le transfert de connaissances techniques, les processus de travail et les procédures d’optimisation, le tout, en vue d’atteindre les objectifs organisationnels.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de sécurité SAP pour maintenir notre cadre de sécurité SAP.
  • Garantir un bon approvisionnement sur le plan de la sécurité des environnements SAP.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des applications SAP (p. ex., SAP Basis, ERP, SCM, BI, XI/PI, Netweaver, etc.);
  • Diplôme en sciences informatiques, systèmes d’information ou toute combinaison équivalente d’études, de formation ou d’expérience;
  • SAP Basis et sécurité - installation et entretien pratiques;
  • Grande aisance technique dans la gestion de Unix et des bases de données DB2;
  • Connaissance technique de la base de données HANA de SAP, un atout.
  • Connaissance des applications au niveau de l’entreprise;
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français;
  • Disponible pour offrir du soutien technique 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, au besoin;
  • Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire;
  • Expérience dans l’industrie du détail, de la distribution en gros ou de l’automobile, un atout.
