Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

Relevant de la cheffe d’équipe, Approvisionnement, le ou la titulaire du poste assure la disponibilité des produits en planifiant et en exécutant les activités de réapprovisionnement. La personne maintient des paramètres d’inventaire optimaux, analyse les prévisions et les exceptions, et coordonne les suivis avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes afin d’atteindre les niveaux de service et les objectifs d’inventaire de l’entreprise.

· Analyser et approuver les commandes selon le calendrier d’approvisionnement;

· Analyser les exceptions liées aux prévisions et effectuer les ajustements appropriés;

· Analyser les rapports de performance, cerner les problématiques et recommander les mesures correctives nécessaires;

· Maintenir et optimiser les paramètres de réapprovisionnement afin d’assurer une rotation appropriée des stocks et les niveaux de service visés;

· Effectuer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs;

· Assurer une communication efficace avec les directeurs de produits, les superviseurs et directeurs d’entrepôt, ainsi que les fournisseurs, afin d’atteindre les niveaux de service souhaités.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

· Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, approvisionnement, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence;

· Deux (2) années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement, de préférence;

· Bilinguisme français-anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, de niveau intermédiaire;

· Connaissance d’un logiciel de planification de la demande ou d’approvisionnement, tel que Manhattan, Demantra, E3, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics ou un logiciel équivalent;

· Maîtrise intermédiaire de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel;

· Solides capacités d’analyse et haut niveau de concentration;

· Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter des délais serrés;

· Souci du détail, autonomie et bon jugement dans l’application des procédures établies;

· Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
