Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

Afin de soutenir cette croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste FICO. Relevant du Directeur - Applications d'affaires, le candidat retenu exercera, entre autres, les fonctions suivantes :

  • Comprendre les orientations stratégiques de la fonction ;
  • Fournir une expertise dans l'utilisation, la mise en œuvre et la configuration des applications impliquées dans les processus FICO (Comptabilité et contrôle financiers) ;
  • Exceller dans le travail d'équipe impliquant des acteurs internes et des fournisseurs de solutions ou de services externes ;
  • Analyser les nouveaux projets et les demandes d'évolution des clients internes et élaborer des recommandations ;
  • Participer à la définition, l'optimisation et la documentation des processus d'affaires ;
  • Définir et s'assurer que les critères de sécurité sont définis et mis en œuvre pour protéger les données et le périmètre de l'organisation ;
  • Comprendre, influencer et documenter les exigences commerciales sur la base des meilleures pratiques ;
  • Assurer l'optimisation et l'intégration des processus et des solutions avec d'autres équipes et fonctions ;
  • Aider à la planification des scénarios de test, à l'exécution des tests et à la coordination des tests utilisateurs UAT ;
  • Aider les utilisateurs à résoudre les incidents lorsqu'ils se produisent ;
  • Élaborer et tenir à jour la documentation fonctionnelle et de formation et la communication aux utilisateurs ;
  • Évaluer les problèmes liés au soutien des systèmes et apporter les corrections nécessaires ;

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou autre diplôme ou expérience pertinente ;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'implémentation et les configurations SAP, telles que FICO, COPA, Profit Center accounting, Fixed Assets, Bank integration, Interfaces, IDOC, Credit & Collection Management (FSCM) ;
  • Expérience avec SAP ECC (EHP8 pour SAP ERP 6.0) ou environnements équivalents (atout) ;
  • Focalisation initiale sur le support opérationnel (résolution de tickets), avec évolution vers des cas plus complexes ;
  • Profil de niveau junior à intermédiaire avec une forte volonté d’apprentissage et de développement ;
  • Bonne connaissance des processus de gestion de l'approvisionnement au paiement et de la commande à l'encaissement ;
  • Curiosité et excellent esprit d'analyse qui permettent de bien comprendre les besoins et d'influencer les choix stratégiques des solutions qui peuvent y répondre ;
  • Être capable de répondre aux besoins des clients internes tout en gardant à l'esprit l'expérience des clients finaux ;
  • Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples et à respecter les délais ;
  • Organisation méthodique du travail et gestion du temps ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles ;
  • Respecter des normes de qualité élevées et faire preuve de créativité dans la résolution des problèmes ;
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral, est un atout ;
  • La certification SAP et l'expérience de FICO sont un atout ;
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la logistique, de la distribution en gros et/ou de l'industrie automobile est un atout ;
  • Capacité à agir comme ressource de relève (backup) pour l’équipe lors des absences.
