Buscamos um profissional dinâmico e comprometido para atuar como Analista de Educação Corporativa na Unità Engenharia, empresa do ramo da Construção Civil.

Dentre suas atribuições estarão:

Manter a plataforma de ensino interna com funcionamento eficiente; Realizar a publicação, organização e manutenção de treinamentos, cursos e outros recursos de aprendizagem no ambiente virtual; Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de uso da plataforma e os resultados dos treinamentos para propor melhorias. Criar, desenvolver e adaptar conteúdos educacionais para diferentes mídias digitais como textos, vídeos, apresentações e outros; Aplicar metodologias de design instrucional para construir jornada de aprendizagem e trilhas de desenvolvimento eficazes; Pesquisar e negociar com novos fornecedores de conteúdo e soluções de treinamento. Engajar colaboradores e líderes para promover o desenvolvimento contínuo; Acompanhar engajamento dos colaboradores e distribuição dos prêmios; Colaborar com diferentes áreas para alinhar treinamentos às estratégias da empresa.

Para ocupar esta posição, buscamos um profissional com o seguinte perfil:

• Ensino Superior em Pedagogia, Recursos Humanos, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas; • Desejável Pós-graduação completa ou cursando em Educação Corporativa e Gestão do Conhecimento, Design Instrucional e Pedagogia do E-learning, Pedagogia Empresarial e Educação Corporativa, Educação Corporativa e Gestão do Conhecimento, Educação Corporativa e Cultura de Aprendizagem e afins; • Experiência mínima de 06 meses na área de Educação Corporativa; • Desejável habilidade com a ferramenta Geniale e conhecimento em design visual.
