En Fundación Temaikèn el mantenimiento no es un área de soporte: la calidad del agua de nuestros lagos y el funcionamiento de la planta son parte directa del bienestar de las especies que cuidamos.

Buscamos un Encargado de Mantenimiento Mecánico que lidere ese trabajo, conduciendo un equipo de hasta 4 personas con presencia diaria en campo.

Qué vas a hacer

  • Responsabilizarte por el funcionamiento integral de las plantas de tratamiento de agua de los acuarios y lagos del Bioparque.
  • Mantener operativa la planta de tratamiento de efluentes.
  • Organizar los planes de operación y mantenimiento que garantizan la calidad del agua de los lagos, mediante filtrado por tamices y sanitización con equipos de ozono y/o filtros UV.
  • Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de bombas, sistemas de potabilización, red de distribución de agua e instalaciones pluviales y cloacales.
  • Liderar la ejecución de las tareas a través del equipo técnico a cargo y coordinar la supervisión de las empresas externas de servicios de mantenimiento.
  • Elaborar y validar las definiciones técnicas para los procesos de compras del área.

Requisitos

Qué necesitamos

  • Título de grado en Ingeniería (Electromecánica, Mecánica o afines).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en operación y mantenimiento de plantas o instalaciones industriales, incluyendo la conducción de equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia en la planificación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en funcionamiento y mantenimiento de bombas, válvulas neumáticas y equipos de ozono.
  • Criterio para evaluar la criticidad de sistemas: repuestos críticos y equipos de respaldo.
  • Dominio del paquete Office (Excel, Word).
  • Disponibilidad full time y presencial. El puesto requiere cubrir un día de fin de semana (sábado o domingo) por mes.
