Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Onlineshop-Kunden und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle operativen und projektbezogenen Themen
  • Du kommunizierst souverän und sorgst für transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Du stellst eine enge und strukturierte Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher, insbesondere mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern, Projektmanagern, UI-/UX-Designern sowie dem Management
  • Du prüfst gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Anforderungen auf Machbarkeit, holst Schätzungen und Konzepte ein, strukturierst diese für die weitere Planung und koordinierst sie zwischen Product Owner und unserem internen Entwicklerteam
  • Du übernimmst die Backlog-Pflege in Jira, priorisierst und planst Sprints gemeinsam mit dem kundenseitigen Product Owner
  • Du bereitest Regeltermine vor (Weeklys, Jour Fixe), führst sie durch und dokumentierst Entscheidungen sowie offene Fragen
  • Du organisierst die gesamte Release- und Deployment-Planung über Develop, Staging und Production und überwachst die Qualität der ausgelieferten Features
  • Du führst Tests und Abnahmen durch, koordinierst QA mit unserem Dev-Team und gibst Releases für den Kunden frei
  • Du verantwortest den Überblick über Monatsbudget, Aufwand, Sprintkapazitäten und Monatsreporting
  • Du bringst eigene Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung der Shops ein, identifizierst Optimierungs- und Ausbaumaßnahmen und unterstützt bei der Priorisierung neuer Features
  • Kontinuierliche halbtägige Verfügbarkeit an fünf Werktagen pro Woche (Mo–Fr) zur operativen Betreuung unserer Kundenprojekte

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Account- oder Projektmanagement digitaler Produkte, idealerweise im E-Commerce- oder Agenturumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Shop-Systemen (bevorzugt Shopware) und Verständnis für typische E-Commerce-Prozesse
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber externen wie internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jira, Backlog-Management, Ticketing und Sprintplanung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für angebundene Systeme wie ERP, PIM, CRM sowie deren Rolle im E-Commerce-Ökosystem
  • Erfahrung in der Orchestrierung von Releases und QA-Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Themen für Kund*innen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Erfahrung mit Shopware 6 im Agenturumfeld
  • Basis-Know-how in Performance-Analyse (Core Web Vitals, Monitoring)
  • Vertrautheit mit Multi-Brand oder Multi-Store E-Commerce-Landschaften
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexerer Integrationsvorhaben zwischen Shop und Drittsystemen (ERP/PIM/CRM)
