The posting

Ter versterking van ons team en onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Injection Molding Technician. In deze functie maak je deel uit van het team Mold & Machine Technicians en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het productieklaar maken en optimaal functioneren van onze injectiemachines en periferie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan je Team Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega-technici en de Production Team Leader binnen een 3-ploegensysteem.

  • Uitvoeren van matrijs- en machine-omstellingen, inclusief montage- en afstelwerk van matrijzen en periferie, volgens de vastgelegde planning en prioriteiten.
  • Inlezen van machine-zettingen en nauwkeurig afregelen van de injectiemachines
  • Opsporen en verhelpen technische defecten en storingen aan machines en randapparatuur
  • Actief onderzoeken van de Production Team Leader en collega's bij productiestilstanden, storingen, omkleuringen en andere productiegelrelateerde problemen.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en vlotte ploegwerking, met strikte naleving van de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels (inclusief rationeel gebruik van energie en grondstoffen)
  • Informeren en ondersteunen van betrokken afdelingen bij technische vraagstukken en incidenten in het digitale logboek.

* Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in kunststofverwerking of injectiemolding

* Ervaring met injectiemachines en matrijzen is een sterke troef

* Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en hands-on mentaliteit

* Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken

* Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en veiligheidsgericht

* Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem

* Kennis van de Nederlandse taal (spreken & schrijven)
