United Consulting – Internship Program 2025 (Marketing / Customer Support / Operations and Admin)

Location: HCMC (Hybrid/Remote location possible)

Duration: 3–6 months

Allowance: Intern stipend with performance bonus

Languages: English and Vietnamese required; other languages valued, Chinese preferred

United Consulting is a fast-growing advisory firm helping international and local businesses set up and scale in Vietnam and across ASEAN. We are seeking motivated interns to join our team in three tracks: Marketing, Customer Support, Operations and Admin.

This is a hands-on role in a startup-style environment where you’ll gain exposure to real projects, contribute directly to client outcomes, and learn from experienced consultants. Strong performers will receive priority consideration for full-time opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities as

Marketing Intern

  • Assist in creating content (social media, blogs, newsletters, presentations)
  • Conduct market research and competitor tracking for new service lines
  • Support brand presence across digital platforms
  • Your Mindset: You are ready to create consistent content output, sharper branding, and better use of marketing data to support business development. Your writing and communications skills are essential for success.

Customer Support Intern

  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups (documentation, deadlines, deliverables, etc)
  • Assist with document preparation, translation (English ↔ Vietnamese), and scheduling
  • Keep CRM and client records up to date
  • Your Mindset: You value efficiency and clear communication. You find value in fast client response, and even more from your own response. You want smoother documentation flow, and clearer tracking of client information, and you are solutions oriented.

Operations and Admin Intern

  • Support coordination of projects and internal workflows
  • Assist with compliance, incorporation documentation, and other operations
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and task lists for the consulting team
  • Your mindset: You value clear project tracking, and clear handovers. You show that you are reliable with daily support, and take pride in smooth execution. You have a clear thought process and have dependable business logic.

Your Profile Will Have:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related fields
  • Strong written and spoken English. Chinese, or other language, is a plus
  • Clear communication and a structured thought process
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, results driven, and eager to learn
  • Experience and ease with using AI tools
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
