Position Overview

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver for an onsite, field-based position that requires extensive daily driving throughout the service area. This role is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver, install, service, and pick up respiratory and durable medical equipment at patients’ homes, hospitals, and other healthcare locations.

The Medical Equipment Delivery Driver independently manages daily delivery routes, equipment setups, pickups, and service calls while providing exceptional customer service and hands-on instruction to patients and caregivers. This position requires a strong commitment to safe driving, reliability, and timely service to help ensure patients have access to medically necessary equipment when they need it.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining required documentation, educating patients and caregivers on the safe operation of equipment, performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs, and keeping company vehicles properly maintained, stocked, and ready for service. The position must also follow applicable DOT, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control requirements.

This is not a remote position. Candidates should be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving and working independently at patient and healthcare locations throughout the service area. The role also participates in on-call coverage, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable with frequent driving, and committed to providing compassionate and professional service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
