  • Manage high-risk activities, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, waste management (including hazardous waste), and emergency preparedness and response.
  • Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure the timely implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison

  • Serve as the key point of contact with local environmental authorities, labor departments, and occupational safety regulators across LATAM.
  • Coordinate internal EHS audits, regulatory inspections, permit applications and renewals, compliance assessments, and corrective action follow-ups.
  • Identify potential regulatory risks and proactively develop mitigation measures.

Radiation Safety Management

  • Oversee radiation safety compliance related to medical imaging equipment across the LATAM region, particularly during equipment installation, maintenance, and servicing activities.
  • Liaise with relevant radiation regulatory authorities, including Brazil's National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN) and Mexico's National Commission for Nuclear Safety and Safeguards (CNSNS).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable radiation protection regulations, including personal dosimetry monitoring, verification of radiation worker qualifications, and radiation safety licensing requirements.
  • Implement appropriate radiation protection measures to ensure the safety of employees, contractors, and other personnel involved in field operations.

EHS Management Systems & Reporting

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve regional EHS management systems in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Develop and maintain EHS compliance registers, risk assessment records, incident reporting systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and report regional EHS performance data, preparing reports in English and/or Spanish as required.
  • Contribute to corporate sustainability initiatives, including ESG reporting and CDP-related environmental data disclosures.

EHS Training & Contractor Management

  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs tailored to local regulatory requirements and operational needs.
  • Oversee contractor EHS compliance, including qualification reviews, safety training, risk assessments, and on-site safety supervision.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and support the continuous improvement of EHS practices across the region.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
