Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung von rund 17 Mitarbeitenden in der Weich\- und Hartbearbeitung sowie Industrialisierung, inklusive Zielvereinbarung, Entwicklung und Rekrutierung.
  • Verantwortung für Kapazitäts\-, Einsatz\- und Feinplanung im Schichtbetrieb, abgestimmt auf Montage, Beschaffung und Montageplanung.
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ einwandfreien, kosteneffizienten und termingerechten Teilefertigung inklusive Bearbeitung von Q\-Meldungen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessketten, Maschinenauslastung und Losgrössen sowie Mitwirkung bei Make\-or\-Buy\-Entscheidungen.
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitspläne, Vorgabezeiten und Fertigungsaufträge in SAP sowie Sicherstellung von Wartung, Arbeitssicherheit und relevanten Umweltaspekten.

Ihr Profil

  • Mechanische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH in Fertigungs\- oder Produktionstechnik.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung.
  • Sehr gute Praxis in Drehen, Fräsen sowie Innen\- und Aussenrundschleifen; Kenntnisse in Automation und CAM, vorzugsweise Mastercam.
  • Erfahrung in AVOR und Produktionsplanung sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office.
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine lösungs\- und umsetzungsorientierte, durchsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Führungspersönlichkeit; verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, ösisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil.
