Your tasks ###

  • Lead strategic IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks, and digital workplace technologies.
  • Drive key transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure adoption, cloud migrations, infrastructure consolidation, and global technology deployments.
  • Support the completion of a major IT carve-out program and help establish United Machining's standalone IT environment.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, budget, planning, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate international teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across multiple countries.
  • Lead change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the Group's IT transformation roadmap by driving standardization, modernization, and synergies across the organization.

Your profile ###

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments and at least 5 years leading international IT projects or programs.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation, migration, integration, or carve-out projects.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and business processes in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
