Ce rôle est responsable de la direction, de la gestion, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de la portée du travail du client dans une zone désignée, afin de fournir des services de nettoyage exceptionnels.

Vous devrez également augmenter les revenus des clients existants et gérer une main d'œuvre mobile.

Fonctions et responsabilités

• Participer aux plans de développement et de mise en œuvre pour le client (c.-à-d. Calendriers de cirage, budgets, opportunités de ventes additionnelles potentielles)

• Construire des relations solides avec les clients et les sous-traitants

• Responsable de la formation des sous-traitants et des employés à la formation requise par la loi (SIMDUT, Santé et sécurité, etc.) et à la formation spécifique de United en nettoyage.

• Diriger toutes les initiatives de processus et travailler avec la haute direction pour identifier les tendances et les lacunes dans les processus.

• Analyser et contrôler les budgets des magasins, surveiller les dépenses opérationnelles et développer des stratégies pour réduire les coûts et augmenter la rentabilité au niveau des magasins.

• Implémenter les transitions de nouvelles activités sur les sites clients en conformité avec le processus de transition

• Soutien à l'embauche / au recrutement / à la formation / à la gestion de la performance / au résiliation de sous-traitants

• Travailler en conformité avec les politiques et les lois sur la santé et la sécurité

Exigences de l'emploi

• Disponible pour répondre aux besoins et préoccupations des clients et des sous-traitants dans un délai convenable temps

• Capacité de travailler par quarts flexibles sur une base de rotation, y compris les soirs et les nuits

• disposé à voyager fréquemment sur le territoire désigné

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et soumis à un stress élevé et à résoudre efficacement les problèmes

• Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite

Compétences - Qualifications

• Sens aigu des affaires, solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite

• L'écoute active, gestion du temps, leadership, autonomie, maîtrise de la technologie

• Gestion de la budgétisation et des coûts dans les environnements opérationnels de conciergerie

• La connaissance des procédures d'entretien et de nettoyage des planchers est un atout.

• Capacité à motiver une équipe mobile de sous-traitants
