The posting

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer. You will work on mobile apps and web with complex user flows and take features from task to release together with product managers, web, iOS and Android developers, analysts and QA. The main goal of this role is to raise the quality of design and bring solutions all the way to implementation. You will join a strong design team where decisions are reviewed together, with a growth path to Design Team Lead.

In this role, you will

  • Work with the product manager to break down tasks and set priorities
  • Research user flows and visual approaches, and choose the right solution
  • Design interfaces, states and adaptations for mobile apps and web
  • Create working prototypes and test interface behavior
  • Prepare a clear handoff for development: mockups, components, states and logic
  • Review the finished implementation together with developers and QA, and bring the quality to the result
  • Maintain the design system and improve the team's workflow

It's all about you

  • Senior-level product design experience: you can understand a task, ask the right questions and independently bring it to the result
  • Strong visual skills: composition, typography, hierarchy, working with components and design systems in Figma
  • Ability to design complex flows, taking into account states, platform constraints and accessibility
  • Ability to connect research and product priorities with a specific solution, and explain choices and trade-offs
  • Hands-on experience creating working interface prototypes; ability to review and fix the result
  • Working with development and QA up to the review of the implemented feature
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents is a must
  • You can independently break down a task, gather the necessary context, build an agentic workflow and bring the solution to a high-quality result
  • You use tools for visual research, prototyping and interface implementation
  • You review logic, visuals and code, notice errors and fix them
  • You can show a specific case: what you did yourself, what you delegated to an agent, how you verified the result and what had to be redone
  • Experience in social, streaming or communication products
  • A/B tests and working with product metrics
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the component approach
  • Experience in mentoring and design reviews
