Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Onlineshop-Kunden operativ und sorgst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern für eine strukturierte Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Shops. Kommunikation, Koordination und Qualität stehen dabei im Fokus - mit Raum für eigene Impulse
  • zentrale Ansprechperson für operative und projektbezogene E-Commerce-Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwickler*innen, Projektmanager*innen, Designern und Management
  • Aufnahme, Prüfung und Strukturierung neuer Anforderungen inkl. Abstimmung, Schätzung und Planung
  • Backlog-Pflege sowie Sprint- und Release-Planung in Jira
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Regelterminen (Weekly, Jour Fixe)
  • Organisation von Releases und Deployments inkl. Testing und Abnahmen
  • Überblick über Aufwände, Budgets, Kapazitäten und monatliches Reporting
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Shops
  • Kontinuierliche halbtägige Verfügbarkeit an fünf Werktagen pro Woche (Mo–Fr) zur operativen Betreuung unserer Kundenprojekte

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Account-Management digitaler Produkte, gerne im E-Commerce- oder Agenturumfeld
  • Vertrautheit mit Shop-Systemen (gerne Shopware) und E-Commerce-Prozessen
  • Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit sowie ein sicheres, professionelles Auftreten
  • Erfahrung mit Jira, Tickets und Backlogs oder anderen agilen Methoden
  • Grundverständnis für angebundene Systeme wie ERP, PIM oder CRM
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Shopware-6-Erfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Performance-Analyse (Core Web Vitals)
  • Erfahrung mit Multi-Brand- oder Multi-Store-Setups
