Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through mentorship and strategic leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in operations or production management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
