About Us Univa Technologies Pte Ltd is an electronic components distributor with a warehouse at Kaki Bukit, a 5 minute walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. Our Singapore team manages inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing and inventory.

About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to support our Supply Chain Manager in planning, coordinating and improving our daily logistics and inventory operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data and systems, and wants hands on exposure to the full supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, purchasers and freight forwarders, including air waybills and delivery follow up.
  • Prepare and check shipping and customs documents, such as invoices, packing lists and permits.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in the company ERP and CRM systems, and carry out stock reconciliation.
  • Track and follow up on supplier issues, such as damaged cartons, partial deliveries and missing documents.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on shipments, inventory and supplier performance for management.
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and propose practical process improvements.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and procedures within the Singapore team.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in logistics, freight or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to manage several shipments at the same time.
  • Clear written and spoken English for communication with suppliers and overseas colleagues.

  • Monthly salary of S$3,300 to S$3,800, depending on qualifications and experience.
