Das erwartet Dich

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen (Senior) Account Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Kundenbeziehungen ausbaut, neue Marktpotenziale erschließt und als strategischer Partner für unsere Kunden agiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Vertrieb von MAT3‑Leistungen und ‑Lösungen an Bestandskunden und Neukunden in Norddeutschland
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung von kundenindividuellen Anforderungen
  • Strategische Beratung der Kunden zu Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und modernen IT‑Lösungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Account‑Strategien inkl. Forecasting und Pipeline‑Management
  • Eigenständige Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlung und Vertragsabschluss
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consulting und Geschäftsführung
  • Repräsentation von MAT3 auf Messen, Events und Kundenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische, IT‑nahe oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Dienstleistungsvertrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld von Digitalisierungs‑, IT‑ Beratungslösungen oder Engineering
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikations‑ und verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Beratungskompetenz
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude am Netzwerken
  • Selbstmotivation, Ergebnisorientierung und Ownership‑Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
