Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützung der Programmleitung bei administrativen und organisatorischen PMO\-Aufgaben
  • Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings sowie Protokollführung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Auswertungen
  • Pflege von Risiko\-, Issue\- und Entscheidungslisten sowie Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Strukturierung von Prozessen und Anforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Programmleitung, Stream Leads, Business Analysten und Fachbereichen

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts\- oder IT\-Studium
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder PMO
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagementmethoden sowie von Jira und Confluence
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Proaktive, teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
