Für unseren Kunden aus der Energie\- und Dienstleistungsbranche suchen wir Dich als Projektassistenz PMO Office (m/w). Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe, bei der Du Deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten einbringen, die interne Kommunikation unterstützen und wichtige Daten für das Projektmanagement strukturiert aufbereiten kannst.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützen der Projektleitung bei der Abwicklung von Projekten und Teilprojekten
  • Koordinieren der Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen sowie Überwachen des Fortschritts in den Teilprojekten
  • Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Pflegen von Lieferantensteckbriefen
  • Einholen und Nachverfolgen fehlender Informationen bei internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Aufbereiten von Daten und Unterlagen übersichtlich in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sicherstellen einer strukturierten Ablage und einer einheitlichen Dokumentation
  • Vornehmen des projektbezogenen Qualitäts\- und Ressourcenmanagements
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei vielfältigen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Projekt

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und zuverlässiges Terminmanagement
  • Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion oder in der administrativen Projektunterstützung
  • Sorgfältige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Informationen strukturiert und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • SAP\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Einkaufsumfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
