Was ist meine Funktion?

In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und verantworten die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens sowie die Führung der Bereiche Finanzen und Controlling. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung und gestalten die digitale Transformation aktiv mit.

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling und Compliance

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Finanzabteilung

* Erstellung der Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS

* Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und finanzielle Planung

* Sicherstellung eines effektiven Kosten\- und Liquiditätsmanagements

* Weiterentwicklung von Controlling\-Instrumenten und Finanzprozessen

* Optimierung von Werteflüssen und finanziellen Abläufen im ERP\-System

* Ansprechpartner für externe Stakeholder in finanziellen, rechtlichen und steuerlichen Belangen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben

* Erstellung von Steuererklärungen sowie Abrechnung direkter und indirekter Steuern

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbarer Weiterbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Finanz\- und Controllingumfeld

* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung einer Finanzabteilung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung nach OR und IFRS

* Erfahrung in den Bereichen Budgetierung, Controlling, Steuern und Compliance

* Ausgeprägte Führungs\-, Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenzen

* Strategisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit einer pragmatischen Hands\-on\-Mentalität

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
