Als Marketing Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle. Du entwickelst kreative Konzepte, betreust Social-Media-Kanäle und erstellst ansprechenden Content. Ausserdem analysierst du Kampagnenergebnisse, optimierst laufende Massnahmen und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen. Die Marktbeobachtung und Wettbewerbsanalyse gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein? Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position

Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Marketing-Tools und Social-Media-Plattformen

Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Trends

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative
