Was ist meine Funktion?

Unser Kunde sucht einen Teamleiter für den technischen Kundenservice (m/w/d), der die fachliche und personelle Führung eines kleinen, eingespielten Serviceteams übernimmt. Du führst aktuell vier Servicetechniker und eine Fachfrau für Einsatzplanung und Verrechnung.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

* Aktiver Verkauf und Erstellung von Angeboten für Service\-Dienstleistungen

* Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung der Serviceprozesse über das ERP\-System

* Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Serviceprozesse

* Erste Anlaufstelle bei Serviceanfragen und technischen Kundenanliegen

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit

* Budgetverantwortung für die Serviceabteilung

* Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams (4 Personen)

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

Du bringst folgendes mit:

* Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Automation oder vergleichbar

* Weiterbildung als technischer von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\- und Service\-Management\-Systemen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Service oder Kundendienst

* Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude daran, selbst anzupacken

* Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und aktivem Serviceverkauf

* Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Erfahrung in Teamleitung von Vorteil
