Atuar como apoio às rotinas operacionais do setor, desenvolvendo conhecimentos práticos e profissionais por meio do aprendizado contínuo e da vivência no ambiente corporativo.PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES / RESPONSABILIDADES:Prestar atendimento presencial, telefônico e digital aos alunos, colaboradores e demais usuários da instituição.Auxiliar no direcionamento de demandas e esclarecimento de dúvidas, conforme os procedimentos da área.Apoiar as rotinas administrativas, organizando documentos, controles, relatórios e arquivos.Realizar atualizações de planilhas, sistemas e registros internos.Auxiliar no acompanhamento e controle de pendências do setor.Apoiar a organização de materiais, reuniões e atividades administrativas da área.Receber, conferir e encaminhar documentos e solicitações.Dar suporte às equipes nas atividades operacionais e administrativas do dia a dia.Zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho e pela qualidade do atendimento prestado.Executar outras atividades correlatas, compatíveis com seu programa de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento profissional.
