Dotée d'un budget annuel de CHF 140 millions, elle a de multiples sources de financement notamment au travers des subventions cantonales, fédérales ou des subsides de recherche. Un poste de \\Analyste financier (H/F) (80% à 100%)\\ est à pourvoir au sein du Bureau de la comptabilité générale de l'Université de Neuchâtel. \\Activités\\ En qualité d'analyste financier, vous êtes au cœur de l'analyse stratégique comptable. Vous pilotez la comptabilité analytique selon les directives de l'OFS et participez à l'élaboration du budget, en assurant un suivi rigoureux par projections mensuelles à l'attention du Rectorat. Vous avez la charge de l'établissement des statistiques financières de l'ensemble du service financier, y compris celles afférant aux projets de recherche. Vous assurez le suivi des investissements, des amortissements et des inventaires des immobilisations. Partenaire de la direction du service, vous apportez une vision détaillée des chiffres pour nourrir les réflexions financières. Vous assurez la maintenance des tableurs du service et en êtes le référent technique. Vous participez au bouclement des comptes et à leur consolidation ainsi qu'à diverses opérations sur demande de votre hiérarchie. Vous êtes impliqué\\-e dans le processus de libération des paiements et êtes familiarisé\\-e avec les contrôles y relatifs ainsi que le fonctionnement d'un système de contrôle interne. \\Profil souhaité\\ Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé\\-e de commerce ou d'un titre jugé équivalent et avez de très bonnes connaissances en comptabilité. Vous faites valoir une expérience d'au moins trois ans dans le domaine. Une maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel est indispensable, vous avez l'habitude de travailler sur des fichiers complexes (Power Pivot, TCD, macros, etc.). La maîtrise du langage VBA est un atout. Vous êtes une personne polyvalente et avez une bonne capacité dans la gestion de multiples dossiers. Vous savez travailler tant en équipe qu'en toute autonomie, avec un bon esprit d'initiative.
