Your role• Vérifier, comptabiliser, emettre les factures clients et gerer leur envoi electronique• Vérifier, comptabiliser et préparer le paiement de factures reçues • Vérifier la conformité des documents reçus aux lois (TVA incluse) et règlements en vigueur, dont les politiques d'achat et de voyage édictées par l'université• Traiter les informations Intrastat dès l'encodage des factures intracommunautaires Your profile• Formation comptable de niveau BTS ou équivalent• Au moins trois ans d'experience dans une position équivalente au sein d'une fiduciaire ou d'une société commerciale• Connaissance des modules FI, CO, MM, VIM de SAP • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais• La maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) serait un atout• Esprit d'équipe développé, avec la capacité de compléter et de soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe.• Solides compétences analytiques, avec la capacité d'identifier les points critiques lors de la vérification des factures.
