Dann bewirb dich bei uns. Wir, die Station , zeichnen uns in der Betreuung von Menschen in Krisensituationen aus. Unser Kerngeschäft ist die Begleitung von 20 Patientinnen und Patienten im psychotischen Erleben sowie mit allgemeinpsychiatrischen Erkrankungen. Zudem bieten wir ein individualisiertes Psychotherapieprogramm für Menschen aus dem schizophrenen Formkreis an. Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit steht die aktive Beziehungsarbeit sowie die Gestaltung des Milieus im Alltag. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Menschen in Krisensituationen und schaffst einen Raum, in dem sich Patientinnen und Patienten sicher und respektiert fühlen
  • Mit deiner Expertise übernimmst du zentrale Aufgaben in der pflegerisch\-therapeutischen Behandlung und trägst massgeblich zur Genesung bei
  • Gemeinsam im interdisziplinären Team setzt du neuste, evidenzbasierte Pflegestandards um und setzt Impulse für innovative Pflegekonzepte
  • Du spielst eine aktive in der Pflegeentwicklung des UPZ und bringst frische Ideen ein, um unsere Standards weiterzuentwickeln
  • Mit Sorgfalt erstellst du individuelle Pflegepläne und dokumentierst die Fortschritte unserer Patient\*innen, um ihre Entwicklung transparent zu machen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF / FH und bringst Erfahrungen in der Psychiatrie mit oder bist bereit, diese faszinierende Welt für dich zu erschliessen und deine Kenntnisse zu vertiefen
  • Du bist motiviert, aktiv zur Verbesserung der psychischen Gesundheitsversorgung beizutragen und gemeinsam mit uns einen positiven Unterschied zu bewirken
  • Du schätzt die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Profis aus verschiedenen Berufsfeldern und hast Freude am Austausch von Ideen und Erfahrungen
  • In herausfordernden Situationen bewahrst du die Ruhe und zeigst deine Ausgeglichenheit, sodass du ein stabiler für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten bist
  • Dein Interesse und Ehrgeiz treiben dich an, dich ständig persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Perspektiven zu entdecken
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) ist als universitäre Klinik das führende Kompetenzzentrum für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie in der Hauptstadtregion. Es gewährleistet die psychiatrische Versorgung im Kanton Bern entlang der gesamten Versorgungskette, von der Früherkennung über ambulante, tagesklinische und stationäre Therapien bis hin zu Rehabilitation und Forensik. Mit über 30 Standorten bietet das UPZ ein flächendeckendes Versorgungsnetz. Darüber hinaus leistet das UPZ einen wichtigen Beitrag in den Bereichen Lehre, Aus\- und Weiterbildung sowie Forschung.
