Die Jugendstation LUNA bietet eine stationäre psychiatrische Grundversorgung für Jugendliche im von 12 bis 17 Jahren. In einem geschützten Rahmen werden junge Menschen mit psychischen Belastungen durch ein interdisziplinäres Team begleitet und behandelt. Ziel ist die Stabilisierung in Krisensituationen sowie die nachhaltige Verbesserung der psychischen Gesundheit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest Kinder und Jugendliche im pädagogisch\-therapeutischen Milieu, förderst ihre Selbstständigkeit und befähigst sie dabei, ihren Entwicklungs\- und Therapieprozess aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du arbeitest als Bezugsperson in einem multiprofessionellen Team aus Fachpersonen der Pädagogik, Psychologie und Medizin
  • Du bringst deine fachliche Perspektive in den diagnostischen Prozess ein, trägst zur Konsolidierung eines gemeinsamen Fallverständnisses bei und übernimmst gemeinsam mit dem Behandlungsteam Verantwortung für eine dokumentierte Zielklärung und Durchführung der Therapie
  • Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung für die Praxisausbildung neuer Fachkräfte und unterstützt sie im Arbeitsalltag
  • Du trägst zur Einhaltung der Leistungsziele der Klinik bei

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit
  • Du bringst die nötige Qualifikation für die Praxisausbildung mit oder bist bereit, einen Fachkurs zu absolvieren
  • Du bist empathisch, reflektierst dein Handeln und suchst aktiv nach Lösungen für herausfordernde Situationen
  • Du bist flexibel, belastbar und hast Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Du verstehst es, mit Eltern und Sorgeberechtigten konstruktiv zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du kannst einen einwandfreien Leumund ausweisen (Privat\- und Sonderprivatauszug)
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus

Das Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) ist als universitäre Klinik das führende Kompetenzzentrum für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie in der Hauptstadtregion. Es gewährleistet die psychiatrische Versorgung im Kanton Bern entlang der gesamten Versorgungskette, von der Früherkennung über ambulante, tagesklinische und stationäre Therapien bis hin zu Rehabilitation und Forensik. Mit über 30 Standorten bietet das UPZ ein flächendeckendes Versorgungsnetz. Darüber hinaus leistet das UPZ einen wichtigen Beitrag in den Bereichen Lehre, Aus\- und Weiterbildung sowie Forschung.
