Aufgaben

Sie wirken im Fachbereich HR Beratung innerhalb der Abteilung Personal als HR Business Partner:in mit. In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion sind Sie für die Ihnen zugeordneten Organisationseinheiten zuständig und beraten die Führungspersonen aller Ebenen bei anstellungsrelevanten Fragestellungen, insbesondere bei Führungs- und Rechtsfragen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einreihung von Stellen sowie Überprüfung und Festlegung von Gehältern innerhalb der Lohnstruktur der Universität. Sie beraten die Führungskräfte bezüglich Führungsmassnahmen und -instrumenten und unterstützen sie bei der Betreuung und der Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Durch Ihre Mitarbeit in fachlichen Projekten sowie bei der aktuellen Umsetzung der HR-Digitalisierung gestalten Sie unser professionelles Personalmanagement aktiv mit. Sie nehmen zudem auch die gelegentliche Vermittlung von HR-Themen im Rahmen von Schulungen für HR-Mitarbeitende und Führungsverantwortliche wahr. Sie arbeiten in einem Team von sehr erfahrenen HR Business Partner:innen. Ihre vielfältige Tätigkeit erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ganzen HR Team sowie mit den Führungspersonen, den Mitarbeitenden sowie mit zahlreichen weiteren internen und externen Stellen.

Profil

Für diese Position setzen wir Ihre mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung als HR Business Partner:in voraus, idealerweise verfügen Sie über eigene Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrungen aus dem öffentlich-rechtlichen Bereich. Eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Human Resources Management wird vorausgesetzt, ein Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium ist von Vorteil. Ihre Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Sie sind sehr dienstleistungsorientiert, kommunikationsstark sowie empathisch im Umgang, bei gleichzeitiger Durchsetzungsfähigkeit. Sie sind gut organisiert, arbeiten selbständig und effizient, mit einem eigenen, hohen Qualitätsanspruch und sind bereit, als HR Business Partner:in auch operative Tätigkeiten auszuüben.
