Aufgaben

In dieser dynamischen Funktion stellen Sie und Ihre Kolleg\*innen den professionellen Empfang des Universitären Tierspitals sicher.

Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen:

  • Empfang und Zuweisung der Patienten nach medizinischen Kriterien in die entsprechenden Abteilungen / Kliniken
  • Erledigen der Aufnahmeformalitäten
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Bearbeitung der internen und externen E-Mails
  • Terminkoordination für die verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Kundschaft, externen Klinikern und internen Stellen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Profil

Sie bringen folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als tiermedizinische\r Praxisassistent\in oder medizinische\r Praxisassistent\in
  • Erfahrung in einem grösseren, dynamischen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste, sporadische Abendeinsätze
