Die Kinderkardiologie ist eine Abteilung der Pädiatrie am Universitäts\-Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB). Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst sämtliche Bereiche der nicht\-invasiven Kinderkardiologie und wird kontinuierlich gemeinsam im Team weiterentwickelt. Um die Interdisziplinarität unseres Fachgebiets aktiv zu fördern, bestehen Spezialsprechstunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Pränatalmediziner\innen des Frauenspitals, ACHD\-Kardiolog\innen für die Transition kardiologischer Patientinnen sowie Elektrophysiolog\innen der Abteilung Kardiologie. Die kardiale Schnittbildgebung mittels modernster Technologie erfolgt in enger Kooperation mit den Radiolog\innen am UKBB und USB. Zudem bestehen vielfältige klinische und wissenschaftliche Kooperationen mit sämtlichen pädiatrischen und chirurgischen Fachbereichen am UKBB. Im Rahmen des Kinderherznetzwerks Bern–Basel werden katheterinterventionelle und kardiochirurgische Eingriffe am Inselspital Bern durchgeführt. Regelmässige interdisziplinäre Herzkonferenzen und gemeinsame Fallbesprechungen fördern den engen fachlichen Austausch und ermöglichen eine Versorgung auf höchstem Niveau.

Ihr Profil

  • Die Stelle eignet sich sowohl für bereits anerkannte Kinderkardiolog\*innen als auch für Kolleginnen und Kollegen in fortgeschrittener Weiterbildung (mindestens zwei Jahre). Eine strukturierte Weiterbildung für ein Jahr im Bereich nicht\-invasiver Kinderkardiologie zum Erwerb des Schwerpunkt\-titels kann am UKBB absolviert werden.
  • Hohe Motivation sowie ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen in der Betreuung herzkranker Kinder und Jugendlicher sowie ihrer Familien
  • Bereitschaft, sich im Bereich der überwiegend ambulanten und nicht\-invasiven Kinderkardiologie weiterzuentwickeln und zu qualifizieren
  • Teilnahme an kardiologischen Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Engagement in Ausbildung von Student\innen und Ärzt\innen in der Facharztausbildung Pädiatrie
  • Integrative, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
