Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Patienten und Patientinnen sowie deren Familien insbesondere in komplexen Situationen.
  • Du trägst die Fachverantwortung der Pflege und stellst die Pflegequalität mit der Leitung Pflege und dem Führungsteam sicher.
  • Du arbeitest in der klinischen Weiterentwicklung der evidenzbasierten Pflege mit.
  • Du unterstützt und berätst die Pflegefachpersonen der Station.

Dein Profil

  • Nachdiplomstudium in Intensivpflege mit Fachexpertise im interdisziplinären Bereich von Vorteil
  • Fachweiterbildung auf CAS-Niveau oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • Leadership-Fähigkeiten

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 100'000 und 120'000 Franken pro Jahr bei abgeschlossener Fachweiterbildung.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
