Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen werden von dir in ihrem Arbeitsalltag unterstützt.
  • Du übernimmst delegierte pflegerische Aufgaben, erledigst hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten und übernimmst Botengänge.
  • Du nimmst dich den Anliegen von Patienten sowie deren Familien an und leitest diese an die zuständige Dipl. Pflegefachperson weiter.
  • Die Patientenplätze richtest du nach Vorgabe und unter Berücksichtigung der Hygienerichtlinien.
  • In der therapiefreien Zeit beschäftigst du dich mit unseren Patienten u.a mit spielen, basteln oder unternimmst Spaziergänge etc.
  • Das Kontrollieren und Bestellen von Verbrauchsmaterial wird im Bedarfsfall an dich delegiert
  • Du arbeitest 3 Tage pro Woche im Frühdienst von 07:15 - 12:50 Uhr.

Dein Profil

  • Pflegehelfer/in SRK oder ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. auf Sprachniveau B2)
  • Gute Sozialkompetenz gepaart mit einem Herz für Kinder
  • Organisationsstark mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Teamplayer mit exakter und speditiver Arbeitsweise
  • Flexible, belastbare und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 56'000 und 72'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
