Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Jugendliche mit psychosomatischen und psychiatrischen Herausforderungen, indem du ihre Familien aktiv in den Wohnbereich einbeziehst.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Jugendlichen, ihren Eltern und unserem multiprofessionellen Team gestaltest du die individuelle Pflege.
  • Du hältst konsequent unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards ein und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bei.
  • Deine kreative Ader lebst du aus, indem du abwechslungsreiche Gruppenaktivitäten gestaltest, die allen Freude bereiten.
  • Als Begleitperson unterstützt du unsere angehenden Pflege-Studierenden HF/FH auf ihrem Weg.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst ein Diplom in Pflege HF oder FH oder in Sozialpädagogik mit, das dein fundiertes Fachwissen unterstreicht.
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jugendlichen und ihren Familien im milieutherapeutischen Umfeld bist du bestens vertraut.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer durch und durch und glänzt durch deine kooperative Arbeitsweise.
  • Dank deiner Flexibilität behältst du auch in herausfordernden Situationen stets den Überblick und behältst einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Deine Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, macht dich zu einer wertvollen Stütze in unserem Team.

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 77'000 und 97'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
