Deine Hauptaufgaben -------------------

  • Pflege, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems in einem nach ISO 15189 akkreditierten Labor, Führung und Lenkung von Dokumenten
  • Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen innerhalb des Instituts
  • Mitarbeit bei der Harmonisierung der QM\-Systeme der USZ\-Labore, im Rahmen des Aufbaus des zukünftigen gemeinsamen Zentrums für Labormedizin
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung daraus resultierender Massnahmen
  • Bewertung von Risiken in der Präanalytik, Analytik und Postanalytik, Analyse von Fehlern, Abweichungen und Beschwerden, Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungen für Nonkonformitäten
  • Verantwortung für das Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS)
  • Erarbeitung von Qualitätskennzahlen und Qualitätsmanagementberichten
  • Unterstützung beim Management der externen Qualitätskontrollen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Labormediziner:innen und biomedizinischen Analytiker:innen. Schulung des Laborteams in QM\-Themen und Fördern des Qualitätsbewusstseins

Dein Profil -----------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als biomed. Analytiker:in HF, biomed. Labordiagnostiker:in FH oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit praktischer Erfahrung in einem medizinischen Diagnostiklabor
  • Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement im regulierten Umfeld,
  • Du kennst die Anforderungen an die Qualität medizinischer Laboruntersuchungen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Norm ISO 15189
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Labor\- und Krankenhaus\-Informatiksystemen ist von Vorteil
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, übernimmst Verantwortung und bist bereit, dich persönlich sowie fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du überzeugst mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
