Diese vielseitige Aufgabe verbindet anspruchsvolle klinische Arbeit im Stroke Center und auf den Bettenstationen mit der fachlichen, konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Ergotherapie in der Neurologie. Du arbeitest gerne nach aktueller Evidenz, hast neue Ideen für neurologische Ergotherapie und möchtest diese nicht nur am Patienten, sondern im ganzen Fachbereich umsetzen? Deine Hauptaufgaben

Tätigkeit als Ergotherapeut:in

  • Behandlung von stationären Patient:innen mit neurologischen Störungen und neuropsychologischen Beeinträchtigungen in der Akutphase sowie der Frührehabilitation im Stroke Center
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem Team mit 11 Physiotherapeut:innen und 6 Ergotherapeut:innen

Tätigkeit als Fachbereichsexpert:in

  • Organisation und Leitung des Fachbereichs Neurologie Ergotherapie, inkl. Tutoring der Fachexpert:innen
  • Kontinuierliche fachspezifische Wissensgenerierung und -sicherung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs
  • Vertretung der ergotherapeutischen Interessen im USZ sowie Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Förderung der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Einbringen innovativer, evidenzbasierter Versorgungskonzepte

Ihr Profil

  • Ergotherapeut:in M.Sc. mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Akutinstitution sowie Fort- und Weiterbildungen im Fachbereich Neurologie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit wissenschaftlicher Literatur, Erfahrung in der Anwendung von EBP/EBM
  • Freude an Innovation und Mut, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und Neues zu erproben
  • Hohes Engagement für Teamarbeit und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an lateraler Führung und Vernetzung im professionellen Umfeld
