Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Empfang von Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörigen auf der Abteilung
  • Kompetente und kommunikative Anlauf- und Auskunftsstelle für die Abteilung sowie Entgegennehmen, Bearbeiten und Weiterleiten von Telefonanrufen
  • Selbständige Ausführung von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Disposition der Abteilungsbetten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Tagesverantwortung
  • Koordination mit anderen Diensten wie Hotellerie, Reinigung etc.
  • Verantwortlich für die Bestellung und Wartung von Medikamenten und Verbrauchsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit der Versorgungslogistik
  • Anmeldung, Koordination und Organisation von Patientenuntersuchungen/-transporten
  • Gerätebewirtschaftung und Erstellen / Controlling der Reparaturaufträge
  • Erstellen von diversen Listen, Protokollen und weiteren Dokumenten auf Delegation
  • Punktuelle Mithilfe in der Pflege, z. B. medizinaltechnische und pflegerische Verrichtungen im Patientenzimmer wie Blutentnahme, Kreislaufüberwachungen auf Delegation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit mit Erfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig und prioritätenorientiert und verfügen über ein gutes Organisationstalent
  • Sie sind eine engagierte, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz und schätzen die multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie ergreifen Initiative, besitzen Durchsetzungskraft und sind belastbar
  • Sie haben sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programm
