Im Zentrum Klinische Pflegewissenschaft (ZKPW) des Universitätsspitals Zürich verbinden wir exzellente Forschung mit der klinischen Praxis. Als eines der ersten Zentren dieser Art in der Schweiz gestalten wir die Zukunft einer evidenzbasierten, patienten- und familienzentrierten Pflege aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit einem hochqualifizierten, international vernetzten Team entwickeln wir innovative Lösungen, die direkt dort wirken, wo sie gebraucht werden: bei unseren Patientinnen, Patienten und ihren Familien. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Dein Beitrag zählt - das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du baust ein Forschungsprogramm in einem klinischen Schwerpunktbereich oder zu nurse-sensitive Outcomes auf, akquirierst erfolgreich Drittmittel und verantwortest Forschungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du prägst die Weiterentwicklung von nurse-sensitive Outcomes sowie PROMs und PREMs und übernimmst die fachliche Leitung entsprechender Entwicklungsaktivitäten.
  • Du förderst den wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs, betreust Masterarbeiten und Dissertationen und gestaltest die Lehre aktiv mit.
  • Du berätst Forschende und klinische Teams in methodischen Fragestellungen.
  • Du verankerst deine Forschung in der klinischen Praxis und bleibst durch eine Tätigkeit als CNS oder NP eng mit der Patient:innenversorgung verbunden.
  • Du engagierst dich in Fachgremien und Arbeitsgruppen und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung der Pflegewissenschaften am USZ und darüber hinaus mit.

Damit überzeugst du uns

  • Masterabschluss in Pflege sowie Promotion in Pflegewissenschaften, Public Health, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Gebiet
  • Habilitation oder die Motivation, diese zu erwerben
  • Eigenständiges Forschungsprofil in einem klinischen Schwerpunktbereich oder nurse-sensitive Outcomes von Vorteil
  • Klinische Expertise als CNS oder NP sowie Erfahrung in der Akutversorgung
  • Fundierte Methodenkompetenzen im Bereich quantitative Forschung und Implementation Science.
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie im Transfer von Evidenz in die klinische Praxis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit runden dein Profil ab
