Das Institut für Hausarztmedizin (IHAMZ) des Universitätsspitals Zürich (USZ) und der Universität Zürich (UZH) sucht per sofort eine Ärztin, einen Arzt oder eine:n Medizinstudierende:n im 6. Studienjahr für die Qualitätsüberprüfung von automatisierten Codierungen. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Ihre Aufgaben

Im Rahmen eines aktuellen Forschungsprojekts setzen wir Large-Language-Modelle zur ICD-10-Codierung von Freitextdiagnosen aus elektronischen Krankengeschichten ein. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, zu prüfen, ob die zugewiesenen Codes mit den jeweiligen Diagnosen übereinstimmen. Ihre Bewertungen dienen als Referenz, um die Treffsicherheit der automatischen Codierung zu evaluieren und gezielt zu optimieren. Die Überprüfung erfolgt über eine eigens entwickelte, intuitive Benutzeroberfläche.

Ihr Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes oder abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium (6. Studienjahr bis ca. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2)
  • Genaue, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Vorerfahrung in der Inneren Medizin oder Hausarztmedizin von Vorteil
