  • Schluss mit 0815, wir bieten komplexe Patientensituationen: Von A wie Anorexie, H wie Hyponatriämie, P wie Polytrauma bis Z wie Zell-Lymphom ist alles dabei
  • Du unterstützt das Pflegeteam der IMC im Alltag: Dazu gehört die Mitbetreuung und das Coaching in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen; führst Fallbesprechungen und Weiterbildungen in den Pflegeteams durch und entwickelst, implementierst und evaluierst in Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegeexpertin Richtlinien und Konzepte
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer personenzentrierten Praxis und Sichern der Pflegequalität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegeexpertin
  • Unser Shared Governance Team bietet mit dir eine bestmögliche und individuelle Führung. Präsenz, Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und Interesse für die Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden sind Eigenschaften, die wir vorleben
  • Idealerweise bringst du einen Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) mit oder bist bereit, diesen berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren
  • Mit unserem (freiwilligen) Arbeitszeitmodell der 12-Stunden-Schichten samstags und sonntags wirst du mehr Wochenenden im Monat für dich zur Verfügung haben
