In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the client’s home.
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
  • Document care provided and any relevant observations accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in direct care or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations.
